This policy is not applicable to "Flight Packages" or "Flight Only" bookings. If any of the terms within the ‘Flexible Booking Policy’ conflict with any of the terms within sections 1 – 20, those within the ‘Flexible Booking Policy’ will be considered the correct and accurate and will be applicable to your booking.
You can change the start date of your placement to any date advertised on the website (subject to availability) at any time and for any reason up to 31 days prior to your scheduled start date, free of charge. Date change requests must be received and confirmed by this date. Date changes after this date can be requested but may not be possible and may incur additional fees.
If your placement is cancelled by the Operator as a result of COVID-19, you will be informed via email as soon as is practicable and will be given the option to reschedule your booking, free of charge, to any date advertised on the website (subject to availability). There will be no additional fees added and the price of your placement will be guaranteed to remain the same as when you originally booked.
If your booking is confirmed and has not been cancelled by the Operator, but you are unable to join on your scheduled start date for any of the following reasons: flight cancellations, border closures (in your country of residence or the country where your placement is located only), a mandatory quarantine on arrival (in the country where your placement is located only) or a mandatory quarantine upon return (your country of residence only), you can reschedule your booking, free of charge, to any date advertised on the website, subject to availability.
In the case of flight cancellations, evidence may be requested, and border closures and mandatory quarantines must directly relate to your dates of travel or, if indefinite, must be in place 21 days prior to your scheduled start date for these terms to apply. Any request to reschedule your placement must be received by your scheduled start date.
